By using the Homedge Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to the following conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use Homedge Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically (e-mails, texts, push notices, or site messages), and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
COPYRIGHT
All content included in or made available through any Homedge Service is the property of Homedge or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
TRADEMARKS
Graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Homedge Service are trademarks or trade dress of Homedge. Homedge trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Homedge’s in any way likely to cause confusion or discredit Homedge.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Homedge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Homedge Services. This license excludes resale or commercial use, product listings or pricing, data mining, and other prohibited actions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Homedge.
YOUR ACCOUNT
To use certain Homedge Services, you may need an account and valid payment method. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to maintain its confidentiality. If under 18, you may use Homedge Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Homedge reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
You may post content as long as it’s not illegal, harmful, infringing, or misleading. By posting, you grant Homedge a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use and display such content. You represent you own or control all rights to the content you post and agree to indemnify Homedge for any claims related to it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
Homedge respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your IP rights are being infringed, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Homedge are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE
Returns and refunds are processed at Homedge’s discretion. Title passes to Homedge only upon receiving returned items.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Homedge attempts to be accurate, but does not guarantee descriptions or other content is error-free. If a product is not as described, you may return it.
PRICING
Prices may be inaccurate despite efforts to avoid errors. If an item is mispriced, Homedge may cancel your order. Your credit card is generally not charged until shipping begins or a digital product is delivered.
APP PERMISSIONS
Use of Homedge apps may require granting device permissions. These are disclosed during app use.
SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY
You may not use Homedge Services if subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions. Compliance with U.S. export law is required.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Homedge is not responsible for the offerings or actions of third-party sellers or websites linked through Homedge Services.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Homedge Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Homedge disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Homedge is not liable for any damages resulting from use of its services, except as required by law.
DISPUTES
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington. You consent to jurisdiction there and waive the right to a jury trial.
APPLICABLE LAW
Federal law and the laws of Washington state govern these Conditions of Use.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We may change site policies and these Terms at any time. If any condition is invalid, it shall not affect the remaining terms.
